Keep your calendar app on your phone next to your bed so that you can check what time it is and will what time you should wake up the next day. This way you will always know when something is coming up. Also, try to wake up at the same time each morning so that your body can get used to it. I used to have problems waking up because my metabolism was strange but now I do it perfectly so you can go sleep earlier if you want or need to.
